Lewis Banks
Lewis co-founded Red Cardinal after a decade running full-lifecycle development projects from land acquisition through to practical completion. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying and has worked on schemes across the North West, West Midlands and inner London. His background in construction and chartered surveying informs the due-diligence work Red Cardinal does on every development, from structural defect risk to practical completion quality. Lewis personally holds a UK buy-to-let portfolio across Manchester, Birmingham and Liverpool. He writes Red Cardinal's city-level research and leads sourcing for UK-based investors.
