The quiz matches you against our 41+ live UK developments and surfaces the three best fits to your profile, with rental yield, projected capital growth, and entry price for each. No signup is required to see the results.

Are the quiz results live investments?

Yes. Every result links to a development that is currently sourcing or selling in our portfolio. Allocation availability changes weekly, so a development matched to your profile may sell out of certain unit types between quiz completion and reservation. The advisor follow-up confirms current availability before you commit anything.

Do I need to give my email to see the results?

Accepted Answer

No. The three matched developments are shown immediately on quiz completion. You only need to share your email if you want the full Personalised Investment Memorandum (a 6-page PDF with the full underwriting on each match) or to book a follow-up call with an advisor.

How accurate is a 3-question quiz match?

It's a starting point, not a final shortlist. The quiz pre-screens our 41+ developments down to a manageable three based on the largest discriminators: budget band, yield-vs-growth weighting, and time horizon. Subtler factors (tax band, ownership structure, jurisdiction, refinance plans) are layered in during the advisor consultation that follows. Around 30% of our 2024 transactions originated from a quiz match.

Can I retake the quiz with different inputs?

Yes, as many times as you like. Many investors run the quiz at three budget tiers to compare the kind of stock available at £150k, £300k, and £500k+. Each run resets the matching algorithm, so retaking with new inputs gives you a fresh shortlist rather than a refined version of the previous one.

What if none of the three matches feel right?

Tell the advisor on the follow-up call. The quiz surfaces three from our public-facing pool; we hold an additional 15-25 off-market and pre-launch opportunities at any given time that are not represented in the quiz. The follow-up call typically opens up 2-3 of those if the public matches don't fit your brief.
