What is the payment plan?

A £10,000 reservation fee, then 20% on exchange of contracts, a further 5% six months after exchange, and the remaining 75% on completion.

What is the tenure and service charge?

A 999-year lease starting on 1 January 2027, with an estimated service charge of £13.50 per sq ft and an estimated EPC rating of B.

Gated parking is available with selected apartments, at £1,350 per space a year.

Can I buy from overseas?

Yes. Many of our clients buy UK property from abroad. We handle the process from London: viewings, checks on the developer, solicitors and, once the building completes, letting and management. Non-UK residents pay a 2% stamp duty surcharge on top of the standard rates, so it's worth budgeting for that from the start.
